  Description

Situated in the Urbanization Buena Vista, cut into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, this exclusive well appointed villa offers accommodation in a tranquil setting, yet only a few minutes drive from the fantastic beaches and nightlife of Fuengirola and Marbella. It overlooks the Mediterranean (it is 400m above sea level) and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas, which is renowned as being one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain. There are three bedrooms which can sleep up to eight people (2 full size folding beds available), two bathrooms (one en-suite), an American kitchen with utility room and a large lounge which offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa! It has telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, and a CD and radio/cassette player. Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). We also have a car to rent at very good rates, an Opel Zafira 5-7 seater automatic with aircon. We have a manager who will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. Linen is changed every week. The pool and garden are very well maintained.

Lockable safe available. 1 double, 2 twin bedrooms (2 folding beds available) - all with large ceiling fans. Two Bathrooms (one ensuite). Fireplace, seating for 6. Dining area, seating for 6 (spare chairs in bedrooms). Dish washer, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, iron, ironing board. CD player, audio tape player, radio, satellite TV, video player. Balcony, barbecue, garden, car port, swimming pool, terrace (8 sunbeds). Children and pets welcome, suitable for elderly or infirm (all on one floor). We have our own car to rent, an Opel Zafira 5-7 seater automatic, at very good rates (collection and return at airport). We have a management couple who are available at all times. They will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. A welcome pack of basic food items is supplied. Linen is changed every week. Guests staying for longer who do not wish to be disturbed can ask for a clean set of linen and towels to be provided. The pool and garden will be maintained once a week (normally Saturday).
