There is a car parking space to the side of the property. It is ideal for families who are looking for a really relaxing holiday and offers tranquillity that is not readily found in the built-up established tourist resorts such as Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise. Fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the interior of the villa offers classic Spanish architecture with its combination of granite and marble tiling throughout, providing stunning results and a cool airy feeling. The villa is fitted with charming shutters with integral mosquito nets that guarantee a peaceful night's sleep! The heated pool is set in a large sun terrace with four luxurious sunloungers. There is a shaded dining area and another teak table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful garden.
There is a lovely little parade of shops, which is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. There is a supermarket which will provide you with all the day to day essentials, restaurants - Italian and Indian - 2 coffee bars, hairdresser and a local bar.
Playa Blanca with its fine restaurants, banks and shops is only 5 minutes drive from our villa. There are some lovely beaches - Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada and Papagayo - which are all within easy driving distance.
