| A lovely little apartment in a small block of six which overlooks a spectacular view of a nature reserve and the sea. The apartment has a beautiful garden size new terrace surrounded by flowers and plants and there is also a sun terrace on the roof for extra sunbathing, if required. It consists of a one twin-bed bedroom with bathroom ensuite, a lounge/living room with a television (basic SKY in English programmes and Spanish TV), DVD player, video recorder and radio.
The small kitchenette is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar and comprises a fridge with small freezer container, microwave, full oven with hob, sink and drainer unit plus cupboards containing plates, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans etc. The utility room just outside the apartments contains a plumbed in fully automatic washing machine, hoover, airer and cleaning materials.
