| An absolutely beautiful apartment, situated in the Old historic centre of Barcelona. The inside of this property forms an enormous contrast with the surrounding environment. From the outside the streets are narrow and give a more or less historic image to the Sant Pere Mitja street. The building in which the apartment is situated is completely renovated and restyled from the inside. Here you will find all the comfort and luxury you may need during your holiday. The sleeping facilities are 5 and consist out of a bigger bedroom with a double bed, and a smaller bedroom with one individual bed. And the double sofa bed is situated in the living room.
The luminous living quarter is filled with comfortable furniture to sit down and eat and also a television and stereo equipment. The modern kitchen disposes of a washing/drying machine. With the climate regulator you can adjust the circumstances to your own liking: hot during the winter or a cold breeze during a sultry summer night. The nice bathroom with jacuzzi makes this apartment complete.
Together with the apartment you can find a really nice terrace with flowers and plants and furniture to sit on and relax after a long day sightseeing in Barcelona.

Each reservation is charged with an additional 50 Euro administration costs. The prices does NOT include the service of offering an extra bed for an additional person.
