Our 2 Bedroom apartment was completed in June 2006, to a very high standard. The Double Bedtroom has a large Double Bed with Bedside cabinets and Double built in Wardrobes. There is also a Fan for those especially hot days. The apartment is built North facing and as such tends to be cooler, just right when you've Roasted by the Pool all day!! The 2nd Bedroom has 2 single Beds and Cupboard space.
The Lounge/Diner is equipped with a Double Bed Settee, TV and DVD, Radio and Fan. Table with 6 Chairs.The large Balcony looks out to the scenic mountains. Very peaceful.
The Kitchen is equipped with a Microwave, Ceramic Hob and Oven. Fridge Freezer Kettle and Toaster, there is also a washing machine for your convenience. And all the kitchen utensils such as Saucepans and Frypans.
In the Bathroom there is a Bath with Shower, WC and Bidet.
The Swimming Pool is very large than with a safe Childrens area, there is also a lifeguard on duty.
It is a gentle 10 min stroll to the Beach or Brand New Marina, or 5 mins to the local shops, Supermarket and indoor food/Fish market.
The town is ideal for all ages, with plenty to do and see.
Golf Courses are close by and there is a Go-Kart track approx 400 Metres away.
