| This is a fantasic villa, located on a quiet complex, down a private gated walkway. The Villa is a fifteen min stroll to the beach and less than a 2 min walk to one of the 2 large communal pools on the complex, with baby pools.
The local supermarket, bars and restaurants (suitable for all tastes) are all within a comfortable walking distance.
The house is fully equipped with all your home comforts, tv, DVD player, CD player,& aircon unit, also heats for those colder months. There are 2 twin bedrooms & a double sofabed in the lounge.
The jacuzzi (which is heated) is located on the roof solarium, which is private, surrounded by awnings and has dining for 6 with sunlongers and a BBQ, perfect for chilling & entertaining!
Everything you may need on your holiday is available within a short walking distance: Cashpoint Machine, mobile phone top up, chemist, hairdresser etc.
Also close by to the Villa are plenty of blue flag beaches, where you will find sun loungers, beach bar and equipment hire.
The town of Torrevieja itself is just 10 minutes drive, bus, or taxi away, all of which are easily available. The town has an array of shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. plus lovely seaside promenades, several beaches, an aqua park, street markets and a marina.

We have another identical house on the same complex, boasting all of the same facilities as the above with hot tub.
The two houses are so close you could rent the pair for a larger party and sleep up to 12 people in the 2 Villas in comfort.

We can offer you the use of a travel cot and highchair for a small charge - please note that you will need to provide your own cot linen.
We are flexible out of season, and you do not have to book Saturday to Saturday, and you can also book long weekends please ask!
There is a compulsory cleaning charge of £50 fo each booking which includes 1 set of bedding and bath towels per person - we can also offer a maid service in between your stay for a small charge, this should be arranged with our representative on arrival.
If you do not wish to hire a car during your stay we can provide you with details for airport transfers ranging from a small car to a minibus, please ask at time of booking.
